I love to help people have a safer and more joyful experience of being in their own bodies. I love the connections I get to have with my clients.
From years of childcare, dance, and somatic psychology study and practice, I have learned to listen with my whole self. As a clinical social worker (LCSWA), I bring all of my attention, compassion, empathy, and understanding to each session.
I strive to create a space where people of all gender identities, sexualities, levels of ability, races, and ethnicities feel welcome. I’m on my own journey of learning to integrate my values of intersectional feminism and anti-racism into my life and role as a therapist.
I love to be in the woods, cook, garden, dance (contact improvisation is my favorite), and go rock climbing.
